This is the privacy notice of Dbind Wire Products Pvt. Ltd. (“DBIND”) this document, "we", "our", or "us" refer to Dbind Wire Production PVT LTD. 1. Information we process because we have a contractual obligation with you

When you are receiving service from us or have received some services earlier from us, or otherwise agree to our terms and conditions, a contract is formed between you and us.

This includes information such as agent’s details, client’s details, name, contact no., IP address, call data records, call recordings, billing details and KYC details. For mobile applications we collect details of call data records, call recording, mobile device information along with the OS details. We process such data to provide statistics and insights to our clients who have availed our products and services as the performance of the contract we have entered with them.

  • provide services
  • provide you with our services and direct marketing
  • provisioning of real time notifications through SMS and/or e-mail regarding missed calls;
  • provide you with suggestions and advice on services and how to obtain the most from using our website.

We process this information on the basis that there is a contract between us, or that you have requested that we use the information before we enter into a legal contract

Additionally, we may aggregate this information in a general way and use it to provide class information, for example, to monitor our performance with respect to a particular service we provide. If we use it for this purpose, you as an individual will not be personally identifiable.

  • provisioning of call making facility from a browser extension provided by us;
